About the Role
As an RN in the Cardiovascular Surgery Stepdown unit, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and updating patient care plans. You will monitor and document patients' conditions, administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and their families. This position requires working nights from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program).
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
- One year of current acute care RN experience, including military RN experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
