About the Role

As an RN - Hospice Community Educator/Marketer, you will be responsible for developing relationships with acute care partners, post-acute care partners, and senior living communities. Your daily tasks will include conducting patient meetings, providing education on hospice care, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care and agency growth.

About You

Required:

RN or LPN with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hospice continuum of care.
Ability to create positive impressions and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Preferred:

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of services.
Experience supporting and developing GIP programs.
