Summary

About the Role
As an RN in the Hybrid Critical Care unit, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals of all ages. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and revise interdisciplinary care plans, administer treatments and medications, and educate patients and families. The role requires you to advocate for patients' rights and contribute to performance improvement activities while demonstrating clinical expertise in a dynamic environment.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program eligible for VA licensure exam.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or eligible for licensure.
- AHA BLS-HCP certification required.
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC).
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP based on unit requirements.
