Summary
CareConnect is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team in Franklin County, MA & Surrounding Areas. The role involves providing expert nursing care and leadership in patients' homes.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be the clinical cornerstone for patients, conducting assessments, developing care plans, delivering nursing interventions, and maintaining documentation. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and advocate for patient dignity and well-being.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
- Active Registered Nurse license in MA
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
- 1+ year of experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health (within the last 2 years)
- Up-to-date health certificate & TB test
- Clear understanding of HIPAA and strong commitment to confidentiality
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
