- Licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification (within 6 months of hire)
- Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care
- Knowledge of growth and development principles over the life span
- 1 year nursing experience in a hospital setting or Med / Surg experience
- ACLS certification
