About the Role
As an RN in the Outpatient Surgery Center, you will function in both scrub and circulating roles, caring for a variety of service lines including Otolaryngology, Plastics, General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Endocrinology, Orthopedics, and Vascular. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Michigan Nursing License.
- BLS certification.
- Must have a BSN degree or agree to obtain it within five years.
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient surgery settings.
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
