About the Role
About You
- Active New York State RN license
- Minimum 3 years of Infusion Nursing experience (home care, hospital, or outpatient)
- Competence with portable IV pumps, venous access, and infusion device troubleshooting
- BLS certification from either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Supervisory or mentorship experience with field nurses
- Knowledge of HIPAA, infection control, and home-care best practices
- Comfort working independently and managing multiple cases
- Experience in the ER or ICU
