About the Role
As a Registered Nurse - Step Down, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit. Your duties will include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will work night shifts, providing care for 36 hours a week, and may need to rotate to floor level care as necessary.
About You
Required:
- Active RN license in the state of Connecticut.
- Proficient in EPIC.
Preferred:
- Ability to pass the Telemetry/Arrhythmia Challenge Exam on the first attempt.
- Ability to pass the Basic RN Medication Administration Challenge Exam on the first attempt.
Benefits
- Hourly rate of $55.00 - $58.00/hr.
- Long-term contract of 13 weeks.
