Summary
Four Seasons is seeking a Support RN to join their team in Franklin, NC. The role involves performing admissions and providing direct nursing care to patients in hospice and palliative care.
About the Role
As a Support RN, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure patient-centered care. You will perform 2-4 admissions daily and may also conduct patient visits as needed. Your duties will include assessing physical and mental health, recording nursing assessments, and supervising other nursing personnel.
About You
Required:
- Valid NC RN license
- Two years of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to care for patients with infectious disease processes
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
