About the Role
As an RN in the Transplant Unit, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients. You will work within the organization's policies and procedures, maintain standards of practice, and demonstrate professional growth and accountability while coordinating care activities of assigned staff.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from a nursing program
- No experience required; New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- Current RN - Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support certification
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- CDN (Certified Dialysis Certificate)
- ACLS and PALS Certification for Emergency Department
