About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating patient care, teaching and delegating activities to healthcare team members, and providing comprehensive recovery support. You will work in a telemetry-equipped unit that specializes in post-operative care, including managing cardiac drips and skilled wound care.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
- BLS certification required.
- Must be computer proficient and have excellent customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Previous medical surgical experience preferred.
- Willingness to obtain a BSN within five years if not already held.
