About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' health, implementing nursing interventions, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will supervise and direct care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Your role will also include engaging patients and their families in the care process and contributing to a positive work environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Current RN license in the State of Florida.
- Professional nursing board certification preferred at time of hire.
Preferred:
- Experience in oncology nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
