About the Role
As an RN Admit, you will be responsible for conducting patient start of care assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring continuity of care through effective communication with healthcare teams and families. You will also provide education to patients on self-care techniques and manage referrals as needed.
About You
Required:
- Current RN license specific to the state of South Carolina.
- One year of clinical experience as an RN, or approval by the VP of clinical if less than one year.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
