As an RN Ambulatory Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations, workflows, and delivery of care. You will provide direct patient support, assist in clinical oversight, resolve operational issues, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitate caregiver orientation and education. About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Two years of recent RN experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Ability to travel to Cleveland Clinic regional locations
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous Charge Nurse or supervisory experience
- Previous endocrinology experience
