About the Role
As the RN AVP Clinical Operations MS Transport, you will be responsible for validating staff licensure, overseeing clinical performance, supervising operations managers, ensuring compliance with standards, and promoting professional development. You will also manage department goals, budgets, and participate in community outreach efforts while maintaining a strong safety culture.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- 3-4 years of Critical care emergency services nursing experience.
- 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Current Registered Nursing licensure in the District of Columbia and Maryland (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Certification in ACLS, PALS, NRP, ITLS, ATLS/TNATC, and STABLE within 1 year.
- Certified Flight Registered Nurse, Certified Transport Registered Nurse, or Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse within 2 years of hire.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Prior experience working for a CAMTS accredited program.
