About the Role
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients, create home health care plans, administer medications and treatments, provide pain and symptom management, educate and support patients' families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state.
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting.
Preferred:
- Home health experience.
- Current CPR certification.
