As a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist, you will spearhead membership growth initiatives by identifying eligible individuals and enrolling them in various health plans. Your responsibilities will include conducting outreach activities at events, fostering relationships with community organizations, and navigating local landscapes to enhance MVP's customer-centric philosophy. You will also be involved in transporting promotional materials and participating in necessary screenings.
About You
Required:
- Two or more years in a customer service or sales environment, with some experience in the health care industry.
- Ability to speak more than one language (e.g., English and Spanish).
- An Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Availability to work full-time, hybrid, including local travel weekdays, nights, and weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
