About the Role
As an RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for performing resident evaluations, assisting residents and families with the move-in process, coordinating services, and developing individual service plans. You will also document case management notes and ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies.
About You
Required:
- RN currently licensed by the State of Florida in good standing.
- At least 6 months nursing experience, preferably with geriatric involvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Preferred:
- Experience in senior care or hospitality-driven environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, caring demeanor.
