You will prioritize patient satisfaction and safety, communicate effectively with patients and families, and support the healthcare team by recognizing successes and addressing issues tactfully. Your role will also include adhering to established quality standards and using therapeutic touch to comfort patients.
About You
Required:
- Valid Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum education required: Associates, Bachelor's, or Masters Degree in Nursing.
Preferred:
- Experience in a surgical setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
