About the Role
As an RN Clinical Communication Coordinator, you will provide professional nursing care to a diverse patient population, interact with the interprofessional transplant team, and ensure coordination of care for transplant patients. Responsibilities include identifying candidates for transplant, triaging patient calls, facilitating clinic activities, and maintaining documentation of patient care issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
- One year nursing healthcare experience.
- RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure.
- BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA).
Preferred:
- Experience in transplant nursing or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex patient care issues.
