As an RN, Clinical Coordinator - Operating Room, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing activities between the interdisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes. You will make daily assignments, act as a liaison between staff and patients, utilize critical thinking to solve problems, and mentor staff while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
- Certified in Basic Life Support.
- 10 years of nursing experience in the operating room specialty.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Previous charge nurse or clinical coordinator experience.
- Effective communication skills and in-depth knowledge in various service line specialties.
