About the Role
As a RN Clinical Learning and Development Specialist, you will serve as a staff development coordinator and clinical educator, directly impacting care delivery through education and training. You will collaborate with leaders and clinical staff to enhance professional development, lead nursing education at the bedside, and assist with skills validations and ongoing competencies.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on clinical experience based on licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers within the first 60 days of employment.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated involvement in clinical process improvement initiatives or education activities.
- Professional nursing certification in specialty area is encouraged when eligible.
