About the Role
As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the delivery of home health services, ensuring compliance with physician orders and plans of care. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and evaluating service personnel, developing standards for patient care, and coordinating with community agencies. The position requires participation in the development of agency objectives and policies, as well as providing on-call coverage and support to staff.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of practice.
- Three to five years of experience in health care/home care.
Preferred:
- Two years of experience in a supervisory position.
- Knowledge of community health principles and agency policies.
