About the Role
As an RN Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process, participating in education programs, evaluating patient care outcomes, implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You will also engage in leadership activities, patient assessment, planning, and research to enhance nursing practice.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing or a Master's degree with a major in Nursing (if hired after January 6, 2014, must be enrolled within four years of employment).
