Summary

JPS Health Network is seeking an RN Clinical Resource Specialist - ICU to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves providing support and direction for improvement efforts in the Department’s review functions.

About the Role

As an RN Clinical Resource Specialist - ICU, you will develop and maintain improvement activities, review patient records, create data collection tools, and assist with data collection methods. You will analyze data and submit reports to various committees, assist in creating and implementing action plans, and investigate unexpected outcomes. Additionally, you will support federal, state, and organizational improvement projects, perform audits, and assist with education for team members on preventative measures to improve quality outcomes.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree (must obtain within 3 years) and 2 plus years of related healthcare experience, or a Master of Science in Nursing and 1 plus year of related healthcare experience.
Current licensure by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas or proof of reciprocity of licensure.
Current JPS recognized BLS, ACLS, and EKG certifications required in Critical Care and MedSurg Divisions.

Preferred:

Master of Science in Nursing.
2 plus years of experience in process improvement serving in a Quality Improvement Department and/or leading or participating in process improvement teams.
