About the Role
As the RN Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will be responsible for staff performance, ensuring high-quality patient care, promoting teamwork with physicians and healthcare providers, and managing resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs. You will also act as a liaison with patients and their representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum 3 years experience in acute care nursing.
- Minimum 1 year management experience as a full-time or relief charge nurse, clinical manager, or Nursing Administrative Supervisor.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
