About the Role
As the RN - ED Flow Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of patients through the Emergency Department. This includes coordinating patient care activities, acting as a liaison with medical staff, delegating workloads, and exemplifying teamwork and professionalism in the ED.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from a nursing program.
- 1 year of Emergency Department experience as a registered nurse (RN).
- Experience participating in and/or leading quality and process improvement projects.
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- CEN - Certified Emergency Room Nurse.
