About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices in accordance with the hospital's mission. You will demonstrate critical thinking and technical skills while providing care to patients in different units. The position requires frequent floating to various inpatient units and performing other nursing duties as required.
About You
Required:
- Active California RN license.
- Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certification upon hire.
- Completion of an approved Critical Care class and superior arrhythmia recognition skills.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience.
Preferred:
- PALS certification within 6 months of assuming position.
- CCRN certification.
