About the Role
As a RN Full-time Float Pool, you will be responsible for floating to different units as needed, pre-scheduling shifts, and providing comprehensive nursing care. You will operate cardiac monitoring equipment, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams, and document patient outcomes. The position requires flexibility to float to various areas and to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS).
- Basic Life Support Cert (BLS).
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience in a float pool or similar role.
