About the Role
As an RN General Nsg 8960, you will assess patient health needs, develop and implement care plans, provide nursing care, educate patients and families, document medical records, participate in quality improvement, and advocate for patients. When functioning as a Charge Nurse, you will manage patient flow, assign resources, provide direction, and act as a liaison between staff and patients.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- BLS Certification
- ACLS, TNCC, and PALS within 6 months from hire date
- 1 or more years of acute care experience in RN role
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 1-3 years of Medical Surgical Nursing experience
- TNCC or CALS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS or ENPC certification
- CEN certification
- CMSRN certification
