About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will perform patient assessments, collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans, supervise LPNs and HHAs, and ensure timely documentation. You will also provide education to staff and participate in clinical development programs, while being responsible for on-call services as assigned.
About You
Required:
- One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current RN license specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience in home health care.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
