After earning her degree from UC Berkeley, Larisa embarked on her career journey with a Fortune 500 International Staffing Agency, initially as an Account Executive. Her remarkable ascent within the organization saw her progress through roles such as Division Director, Practice Manager, and ultimately VP. During her extensive tenure, Larisa played a pivotal role in the inception and expansion of their Healthcare Staffing division, transforming it into a multi-million-dollar revenue-generating powerhouse year after year. Over her nearly 18-year tenure, she excelled both as an individual contributor and a leader, orchestrating over 5,000 successful job and candidate matches for temporary and permanent roles, consistently ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Additionally, she expertly managed a multi-million-dollar division, overseeing both internal and external staff on billing, while simultaneously managing large, successful VMS and hospital accounts. Her exceptional performance maintained her position in the top 5% of the organization year after year. Larisa’s expertise extends across a wide spectrum of healthcare entities, ranging from one-doctor offices to extensive multi-site hospitals, clinics, medical groups, non-profits, IPAs, and beyond.
