Summary
PruittHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health Services to join their team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves providing and coordinating skilled nursing care under physician supervision.
About the Role
As an RN in Home Health Services, you will be responsible for delivering competent nursing care to home health patients, supervising care provided by Home Health Aides and LPNs, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to manage patient care plans, conducting field visits for evaluations and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with documentation and safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an accredited/approved RN program.
- Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience.
- Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Acute care experience with adult or aging populations.
- Home health and/or skilled nursing experience.
