Summary
UNC Health is seeking an RN Home Services Infusion to join their team in Durham, NC. The role involves providing high-quality, compassionate infusion nursing care to patients in their homes.
About the Role
As an RN Home Services Infusion, you will deliver one-on-one, holistic care to patients, complete assessments, document patient conditions, implement individualized plans of care, and provide education to patients and families. You will work autonomously, manage on-call duties, and travel to patient homes across multiple counties.
About You
Required:
- Must have NC RN Licensure.
- Experience in Home Infusion and/or Med Surg.
- Knowledge of infusions, equipment, and processes.
- Experience with Central venous line (PICC lines, ports).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree (BSN) from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Previous home care experience.
