- Graduate from an approved nursing program.
- Current Iowa Registered Nursing License.
- 3 years clinical experience.
- Basic Life Support Certification upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 45 days of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification within 45 days of hire.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage patient flow.
