About the Role
As an RN ICU Full Time Nights, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and managing resources effectively. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement direct clinical care on a per shift basis. Additionally, you will supervise nursing staff and support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency and quality standards.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- ICU or SDU experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
