About the Role

As an RN - INPATIENT, you will work within the nursing process to deliver safe direct care to patients across various age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. You will provide clinical leadership, participate in patient safety initiatives, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities also include administering medications, assisting with special tests and procedures, and maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients and families.

About You

Required:

Program Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement.
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year of hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months of hire.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 6 months of hire.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Nationally Certified in area of specialty.
