About the Role
As an RN in Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for patient assessment, coordinating care plans, communicating effectively with patients and families, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. You will work full-time, 36 hours per week, during night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am, including every third weekend.
About You
Required:
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum 1 year current experience in Labor and Delivery.
Preferred:
- 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives.
