About the Role

As an RN Labor and Delivery, you will take primary responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of each assigned patient. You will supervise nursing staff activities, anticipate patient needs, and ensure all physician orders are accurately transcribed and executed. Additionally, you will coordinate care plans, conduct patient education, and collaborate with other services to maintain a continuum of care while modeling leadership behaviors and fostering teamwork.
