About the Role

You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure timely communication and documentation for transplant patients.
About You
Required:
- At least 2 years of transplant experience.
- Heart or Lung ICU experience required.
- Registered Nurse with a current State of Texas license to practice professional nursing.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
- Two years of clinical experience.
