About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will optimize patient outcomes by providing collaborative and expert care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, administering medications, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop care plans. You will also provide emotional support to patients and their families, respond to medical emergencies, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Massachusetts state RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
