About You
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Experience in performance improvement methodologies, quality measurement, and data analysis using statistical principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical management.
- Master's degree in clinical, healthcare, or business area.
- CPHQ (Certified Health Care Quality Professional) certification.
