About the Role
As an RN Motility/Care Coordinator, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary caregivers to monitor hospital inpatients, ensure timely follow-up visits, and manage tests and procedures. You will track patient adherence to treatment plans, triage concerns, and facilitate provider involvement. This role supports high-acuity patients and involves assisting in the Motility Lab, contributing to the growth of subspecialty groups, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Three to five years of nursing experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Specialty certification
- Prior case management experience
- PACU or Endoscopy experience
- ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) experience
