About the Role
As a RN New Graduate Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting. Your duties will include patient assessment, care planning, implementation of care, evaluation of patient outcomes, and participation in professional development activities. You will work in a 12 bed Cardiovascular Acute Care Unit with a 4:1 patient ratio, focusing on both medical and surgical cardiovascular patients.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina by the day of clinical care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
Preferred:
- Less than 6 months of RN experience and graduated less than 12 months before the anticipated start date.
