About You
Required:
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a full-time Charge Nurse, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage change and drive execution.
