About the Role
As the RN Nursing Coordinator, you will supervise Community Nurses, develop nursing policies, coordinate admissions, lead quality assurance efforts, and serve as a liaison to families and community stakeholders. You will also conduct site rounds, manage TB testing, oversee training for staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a related Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Availability for on-call responsibilities.
