About the Role
As an RN PCU/ICU PRN, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses, providing education to patients and families, documenting care activities, participating in quality improvement initiatives, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining a safe work environment.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS).
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience in a specialty area(s).
- Previous experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Record.
- Previous EKG Interpretation Class.
- Experience with EPIC.
