About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, conduct thorough patient assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans. You will also respond to medical emergencies, advocate for patients' rights, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
About You
Required:
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
Preferred:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
