About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Postpartum unit, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care based on established clinical protocols. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing education to patients and families about postpartum care and newborn health. You will also respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
About You
Required:
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
Preferred:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
