Summary

About the Role
As a RN PreOp PACU, you will be responsible for implementing physician orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and providing quality nursing care. You will assist physicians in procedure rooms, manage patients emerging from anesthesia, and prepare patients and families for discharge. Additionally, you will receive training to work as an OR Circulator in the Endoscopy Suites.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Active RN license in the state.
- BLS and ACLS certification required, PALS if required by the center.
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in PACU or Critical Care.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient needs.
